Refund Policy

Transparency is at the heart of MAICOS.ai. Here is how we handle refunds and billing adjustments.

1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

2. AI Top-up Credits

Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased. Since top-up credits never expire, you can use them whenever you need them across your account's lifetime.

In the event of a technical failure where credits were consumed without delivering the intended AI output, please contact support for a credit reconciliation.

3. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise accounts are subject to the terms of their specific Master Service Agreement (MSA). If no MSA is in place, these standard terms apply.

Refunds for unused seats in enterprise plans are not provided, but you may reallocate seats to different members at any time during the billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our guarantee policy, please email billing@maicos.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or Invoice Number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request (optional but appreciated)

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, it may take 5-10 additional days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
